Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Assistant to support our customer. The HR Assistant will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to, managing employee records, organizing and managing personnel files, processing employee data, and assisting HR-related inquiries. This skilled position requires a person who can perform tasks efficiently and assist in maintaining a harmonious workplace.
Responsibilities:
Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain the team’s agenda.
Maintain employee records (attendance, personal data, etc.) in digital and paper form.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.).
Assist the HR manager in implementing company culture, values and policies.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular).
Basic knowledge of labor laws.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communications skills.
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
The HR Assistant will report to the HR Manager and assist with all HR-related tasks. The successful candidate will be an integral part of ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and successfully.
