　　As an HR Advisor, you are the first point of contact for our employees. Like no other, you know how to solve HR issues and give advice where necessary. You will work closely with operations to implement and shape the personnel policy.You will be part of the HR Team Belgium and you can participate in various improvement projects within HR.You will report to our HR Manager/Director BE.

　　 What does your day look like as an HR Advisor? Follow-up and monitoring of HR projects Advising, coaching and supporting the management team regarding personnel changes, trade unions, training, absenteeism, recruitment, onboarding, improvement processes, legal analyses Supporting performance interviews, assessments, absenteeism interviews Answering questions and implementing HRM policy, laws and regulations Be part of the management team

　　 What do you need to be successful Master's degree in HR, Psychology or equivalent through experience At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, withinlogistics environment (e.g Production, Waste, Distribution, Warehouse, Manufacturing etc..) Strong communication skills In-depth knowledge of MS Office Enterprising Customizable Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch, French must have verbal communication ability understanding and speaking
