　　(3 month contract with potential to go perm)

　　Description:

　　Help with office administrative office task (filing, organizing, ordering supplies, etc.)

　　Greet interviewers and badge them in when they come in

　　Help with running orientations on Mondays and Tuesdays

　　Sign guests in to building and collect badge before leaving

　　Help gather information for payroll

　　Help with tracking attendance in Excel and discipline

　　Assist with expense reports

　　Distribute office mail

　　Take inventory and order office supplies

　　Help track and run various reports in Excel such as LOA, Attendance, locker numbers, etc.

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　Must Have

　　Most recent position should be in an Administrative role

　　Experience working within Excel sheets where they are tracking data

　　Good job tenure

　　Assisting with payroll M-F, 8am-5pm (potential to need to stay until 5:30/6 for 2nd shift), $18-20hr
