  You Are:

  A transformation maven with H&PS Application Lead skills.

  The Work:

  Lead and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, BI, and Kronos applications

  Work closely with business users to gather requirements, design and develop solutions, and test and deploy changes.

  Train and support users on the applicationsDocument application processes and proceduresStay up-to-date on PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, BI, and Kronos technology and trends.

  Manage and mentor other PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, BI, and Kronos team members.

  Participate in project planning and executionTroubleshoot application problems

  Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

  What You Need:

  Minimum of 10 years of experience functionally consulting, developing and/or implementing PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, BI, and Kronos applications

  Minimum of 4 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, BI, and Kronos architecture and functionality

  Minimum of 4 years experience with SQL and PL/SQL

  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

  Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

  Role Location Annual Salary Range

  California $93,400 to $224,600

  Colorado $93,400 to $194,100

  New York $86,500 to $224,600

  Washington $99,500 to $206,700
