Summary You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER in the S-4 Division of MARCORPSBARRACKS. Responsibilities You will provide oversight, administration, plans and programs, budgeting for the Housing Directorate. You will develop, prepare, review, monitor programs pertaining to Marine Corps Housing programs. You will analyze housing trends, market conditions, cost indexes. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Creating policy development, program management, and oversight of the operations and utilization of government-owned housing assets to include maintenance, personnel, resources, programmatic budgets, planning, and facility projects.
