　　We are in search of an energetic, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Houseman to maintain the impeccable appearance of all Club areas. As a self-reliant individual, you will meticulously review checklists to ensure the neatness and cleanliness of event rooms and club spaces.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　As a Houseman, your main responsibility is to reset, clean, organize, and break down all assigned areas.

　　Responsibilities and Duties:

　　Resetting all banquet rooms for events.

　　Cleaning all assigned areas before and after any function.

　　Collaborating closely with our catering department for setup and laundry needs.

　　Qualifications and Skills:

　　Effective communication in English.

　　Ability to lift heavy loads of up to 50 pounds.

　　Proficiency in moving tables and chairs.

　　Capability to climb ladders and use stairs.

　　Willingness to access tight spaces and get under tables.

　　Flexibility in scheduling, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
