　　Job Description

　　::: {tabindex="0"}::: {tabindex="0"}- Ability to clean patient rooms, public spaces and the collection of trash and biohazardous material.- Familiar with using vacuum, wide vacuum, mop, wringer, burnisher, ladder, extractor.- Ability to assist family members and patients of all ages.- Ability to identify and or perform light maintenance requests.- Strong customer service skills required.- Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients and coworkers.- Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment.- Displays commitment to the mission of the hospital and its values.- Cleaning and major surface maintenance experience in hospital setting preferred but not required.- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, as well as, exhibits a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.- May work in any location on client premises.- Responsibilities may differ among locations, depending on business necessities and client requirements.::::::

　　Qualifications

　　High School diploma or equivalent preferred.Experience in a hospital setting preferred but not required
