Founded in Sweden in 1907, today SKF is publicly traded on the Nasdaq Stockholm with annual sales in 2020 of approximately $10 billion.Job Summary:This position is based in Blue Bell, PA and is part of the R2R Accounting and Reporting Team in the SKF NAM Finance Operations Center in Blue Bell, PA.  We are seeking an individual with an accounting background and knowledge in integrated financial systems (Infor, SAP, JDE etc.), financial processes, and systems.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Perform transaction related general accounting activities.Reporting of monthly results in the SKF financial consolidation system (SAP BPC).Perform monthly account reconciliations and research and resolve reconciling items.Monitor GL accounts to related subsystems.Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all systems interfaces to the general ledger.Participate in continual evaluation and redesign of general ledger processes.Provide data analytics and reports utilizing various tools (Qlikview, Power BI, Power Query).Respond in an effective and timely manner to all Business Unit needs concerning areas such as expenditures and inventory.Assist in satisfying internal and external audit requests.Assist in meeting reporting deadlines and requirements.Job Requirements:BA/BS in Accounting.3+ years of Accounting experience.Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.Experience with integrated ERP packages, specifically SAP and Infor, but also other packages such as JD Edwards, Epicor, MS Dynamics, etc.Ability to analyze data, solve problems and provide solutions .Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize objectives .Ability to work effectively with other team members, Business Units and departments.Must be service oriented and willing to learn new and varied tasks .Takes personal responsibility for objectives and performance.What You'll Love About SKF:Rest and Relaxation. Enjoy a generous PTO policy and 13 paid holidays.Work/Life Integration. SKF supports work/life integration, home, family, community, personal well-being and health.
