Description:

　　The Housekeeping Supervisor will be an integral part of the Dream Nashville opening team. Ensure that the cleanliness standards of the guestrooms, meeting areas, public areas, and back-of-the-house are met through the optimal training and supervision of labor.

　　• Supervisorandtrainroomattendants,housemen,andpublic attendants.

　　• Managedailyhousekeepingboards

　　• Cleaningandresettingguestbedroomandbathroomareas

　　• Changing linens, makingbeds,organizing collateralontables, straighteningfurniture, dustingand vacuumingofrooms, emptying trash

　　• Supervisesan effectiveinspection programforallguestroomsandpublicspace.

　　• Restockallguestroomsupplies,suchassoapandshampoo.

　　• Greetallguestswithafriendlysmile

　　• Completeallpre-cleaningduties,includingbutnotlimitedto,guestsupplies,cleaningsupplies,andlinenfor housekeeping cart set-up

　　• Keepallhallways,publicareas andclosetsclean,neatandvacuumed

　　• Restockhousekeepingcleaningcartfornextday'suse.

　　• Replenishchemicalbottles

　　• Report allmissingitemsfromroom(i.e.,irons/boards,hairdryers,etc.)

　　• Report any maintenancerepairsimmediately.

　　• Handleitemsfor"LostandFound"accordingtotheHotel’sstandards

　　• Allothertasksanddutiesasassigned
