Job Title: Housekeeping Coordinator

　　Job Status: Year Round Full Time

　　Compensation and Benefits:

　　Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $20.50 to $22.80+, actual paywill be adjusted based on experience.Benefits: This position is eligible to enroll in company subsidizedmedical, dental, vision, flexible spending, HSA, life/disabilityoptions; season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at severalother resorts. 　　The Housekeeping Coordinator assists with the day to day operation of thehousekeeping department, oversees the quality of cleaning. Ensures resortstandards are met from independent contractors for cleanliness of rentalcondos and houses.

　　Basic Requirements:

　　Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.Due to the sensitive nature of this position, a criminal background checkwill be conducted after position is accepted. This background check will bedone in accordance with standards enacted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.Must have a valid US Driver's license.This position may require the use of a motor vehicle and the employee issubject to comply with the Driver's Standards of Copper Mountain.

　　Preferred Experience and Special Skills:

　　Previous Housekeeping, Front Office, Lodging Management experience isessential plus previous resort experience is an asset.Excellent communication and problem solving skills are a must.Strong organizational and time management skills are a must.High level of attention to detail required.Bilingual is a plus.
