Devils Thumb Ranch Operating Co. Inc is seeking ten (10) Housekeepingpersonnel to work with them at 3530 County Rd 83, Tabernash, Colorado80478. The position will be full-time and seasonal during the dates of April1, 2024 - December 31, 2024.
The housekeeping role includes keeping storage areas and carts well-stocked,clean, and tidy. Carrying linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaningsupplies, using wheeled carts. Cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies,lounges, restrooms, elevators, stairways, and other work areas so thathealth standards are met. Emptying wastebaskets, clean ashtrays, andtransport other trash and waste to disposal areas. Sweeping floors, usingbrooms, mops. Replenishing supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens,writing supplies, and bathroom items. Vacuuming rugs, carpets, anddusting furniture. Sanitizing equipment and supplies. Observing necessaryprecautions required to protect guest property and report damage, theft,and found articles to supervisors. Sorting, counting, and marking cleanlinens and store them in linen closets. Washing dishes and cleaningkitchens, cooking utensils, and silverware. Employees will work Mon-Sun an average of 35 hours/wk. Must be able to workany 7-hour shift within 8 am to 11 pm any day of the week, days offrotate, shifts vary. This job requires continuous movement, regularlybending, lifting, pushing. On-the-job training is provided. Devils ThumbRanch Operating Co. Inc will provide workers with all tools, supplies, andequipment required to perform the job at no charge. Transportation is provided
Wage is $18.29 per hour. All deductions will be made from paychecks that arerequired by law. No other deductions will be taken unless voluntarily agreedto by the employee. Overtime is available at a rate of $27.44 per hour.Wages will be paid bi-weekly on Friday, and the employer will use a singleworkweek as its standard for computing wages due.

The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for allvisa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees,including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. Ifthe worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer willreimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place ofrecruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract orwhere the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay forworker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back homeor to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where theworker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Theamount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Dailysubsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to amaximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
Housing is available at the rate of $150 per week but this is optional. Theamount will be deducted from the employee's paycheck if agreed upon. This isnot a condition of employment. In the alternative, the employer will assistthe worker to find suitable housing that is available within walking distanceof the worksite.
