DUTIES: Responsible forcleaning and maintaining all rooms, suites, and indoor common areas atthe employer\'s property, which includes vacuuming floors, dusting,replenishing linens and towels, disinfecting bathrooms, and washingwindows. Will report directly to the Manager/Owner at Cape Cod Inn.Travel is not required. Daily transportation to and from worksite is notprovided. On-the-job training is provided. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Three (3) months of experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or privateclub required. SCHEDULE: 35hrs p/wk. Work schedule can vary and caninclude evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed onany day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts:8:00AM-3:00PM, 9:00AM-4:00PM, or 3:00PM-10:00PM. Shift hours may vary. Asingle workweek will be used to compute wages due. WAGE: \$18.71 -\$19.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. If the worker completes 50% of the work contractperiod, employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers fortransportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to theplace of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the workeris dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker\'sreasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home orto the place the worker originally departed to work, except where theworker will not return due to subsequent employment with anotheremployer. The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workersfor all reasonable inbound transportation and subsistence costs withinthe first workweek. The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburseworkers for all reasonable outbound transportation and subsistence costsduring the last workweek. The amount of transportation payment orreimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable commoncarrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be providedat a rate of \$15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 perday with receipts. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equalto at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of thetotal employment period. The employer will provide workers at no chargeall tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. H-2Bworkers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visaprocessing, border crossing, and other related fees, including thosemandated by government (excluding passport fees).
