　　Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.03 / hour

　　Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round

　　Responsibilities:

　　Cleaning guest rooms/condominiums, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting all furniture, vacuuming all carpeted area, remove trash, clean floors.

　　set department standards, all supplies and literature are placed accordingly and unit is ready for guests and homeowners

　　Stock vans with all items/ amenities need

　　Follows the departments safety guidelines and helps promote a positive safety culture within the department

　　Report damages, theft and lost and found items

　　Maintaining carts, linen rooms, and Housekeeping equipment and supplies in a neat and orderly fashion

　　Ensure all areas are secure when leaving.

　　Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.

　　Consistently achieves expectations on cleanliness

　　Job Requirements:

　　Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbsThe expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.03. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
