Description:
Call Intake Specialists are responsible for handling inbound phone calls from clients and technicians.
Phone calls from clients include creating service tickets, providing updates on existing service tickets, and triaging calls to transfer to other team members and/or departments.
Phone calls from technicians include creating service tickets, providing updates on existing service tickets, documenting updates on existing service tickets, and dispatching service tickets to technicians.
Call Intake Specialists are also responsible for the processing emails from multiple sources.
Client facing and field facing email box tasks include entering service requests, providing updates on service requests, dispatching service requests, and providing support to field staff
Pay: $18.50/hour
Location: Plymouth, MN
Qualifications: Preferably 1+ year of customer service experience
