　　Job Description

　　Omni Tempe Hotel at ASUis seeking aHousekeeper (Room Attendant)to join the team of our brand-new upscale hotel. Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU will provide Tempe with 330 guest rooms, 36,000 square feet of event space and four new food and beverage outlets. Featuring a rooftop upscale restaurant and the largest ballroom in the area, we expect to provide elevated options for our guests for dining and entertainment.

　　Responsibilities

　　Thoroughly clean guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting.

　　Restock and replace used items within guest rooms.

　　Complete daily task sheet assignment in a timely manner.

　　Communicate clean status of each room upon completion.

　　Stock supply cart and ensure that it is neat and well organized at all times.

　　Respond to all hotel guests efficiently and in an appropriately friendly manner.

　　Maintain and protect equipment.

　　Maintain cleanliness and organization in floor linen closets.

　　Report and monitor guest room maintenance issues.

　　Understand both Houseperson and Public Space positions well enough to perform duties in associates’ absence.

　　Maintain highest levels of cleanliness throughout the hotel property.

　　Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects as assigned.

　　Anticipate, listen, and follow through with all the guests’ requests in a timely manner.

　　Communicate any needs or concerns within the hotel with the appropriate departments.

　　Follow all Loss Prevention procedures regarding guest property, safety, and security.

　　Reporting any concerns to department managers or loss prevention in a timely manner.

　　Attend all designated staff meetings and training sessions.

　　Qualifications

　　Hotel housekeeping experience is required.

　　Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.

　　Move, bend, lift up to 35 pounds, carry, push and/or pull up to 150 pounds without assistance.

　　Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.

　　Must be able to work a flexible schedule including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

　　Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

　　This position is a full-time, on-site position with no work from home flexibility.

　　The salary is $19 / hour.
