Job Description
This position is vital to overseeing the operations of assigned location to ensure all food is prepared and served according to health and safety regulations, the facility is clean, and guests are satisfied with their service. Assists in managing the staff and plays a significant role in maintaining positive employee relations and a positive team environment.

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for opening and closing assigned location according to management team expectations.
Leads guest service associates by example. This includes, but is not limited to, adhering to the Harvest Table Culinary Group Hourly Associate Handbook and Safety Manual.
Knows and understands Harvest Table Culinary Group?s Three Pillars and Five Food Commitments.
Understands, acknowledges, and values diversity.
Helps manage catering events, set ups and drop offs as needed.
Oversees the set-up and break-down of workstations.
Oversees the sanitation of work stations, including floors, worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, equipment, and utensils.
Oversees cashiers on duty and ensures they are properly trained in and adhere to the cashier policy.
Responsible for cash handling, safe verifications, and preparing deposits.
Trains staff using the WEST, LEARN and Service Recovery Service Excellence models.
Qualifications
1 year of supervisory experience; previous supervisory experience.
2 to 4 years? experience in the food service industry.
Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull objects up to 40 pounds.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 6 hours.
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal directions.
Time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work successfully in a team environment and promote teamwork.
Ability to use confidential information in an appropriate manner and maintain employee privacy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively use problem solving and decision making skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technology systems.
