JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description Pay: \$18 per hour The Great WolfSummer Hospitality Internship is a 10-week program that provides collegestudents with meaningful experience that compliments their currentcoursework. Through an experiential and structured approach to learning,interns will gain real-life experience in the hospitality andentertainment industry. The program will include a job shadow week toprovide exposure and learning of other disciplines across the brand. Atthe end of the program, participants will also complete a term projectand present to the lodge leadership team. Upon successful completion ofprogram, interns will be considered for future internships, full-timepositions and/or Great Wolf\'s Management Development Program (MDP). The10-week program will include: 10-weeks in a frontline position indisciplines such as: Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail & Attractions,or Food & Beverage 1 job-shadow week to experience different disciplinesnot included in the rotation as well as exposure to HR, Sales andAquatics disciplines A meaningful project to execute and present to thelodge leadership team at the conclusion of the program On-the job,self-paced and classroom style learning for your assigned discipline (noprior experience required!)
