　　Compensation: our compensation is standard across specialties in the Billings area.Our generous base salary is $280,000 with a min. shift requirement of 160 a year. Additionally, we are offering the following bonuses.

　　Signing Bonus of $25,000

　　Relocation Bonus of $15,000 (if applicable)

　　Student Loan repayment bonus up to $100k (if applicable)

　　As a Hospitalist at St. Vincent, you'll work collaboratively with 26 additional providers, to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with APPs, the ICU, and the ED.

　　You would practice at St. Vincent in Billings, MT.

　　You'll have a flexible schedule.

　　You'll be joining a Hospitalist group with a great team dynamic.

　　You will work alongside supportive colleagues, consulting physicians, and nursing staff.

　　You'll develop a strong partnership with ICU, Palliative, and the ED.

　　Your experience.

　　We hire people, not words on paper. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

　　American board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

　　Montana medical license.

　　Legally authorized to work in the United States.

　　It's also a big plus if you have:

　　3 to 5 years experience as a Hospitalist.

　　Willingness to work a rotating schedule.

　　Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team.

　　A sense of team and patient care focused.

　　Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

　　Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment.

　　Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including Microsoft and Google products. The ability to learn new applications relevant to your position.
