The Volunteer Manager works as an independent team leader to develop and maintain a strategic plan in order to meet all volunteer needs of assigned 120-150 patient caseload.

　　Responsibilities and Qualifications:

　　Must have Bachelor's Degree in health, social work or related field.

　　Must have a high school diploma.

　　Possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors.

　　Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.

　　Ability to set and achieve monthly recruitment goals with the Executive Director to plan, implement and document ongoing volunteer recruitment, retention, and program development efficiently.

　　Additional tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.

　　Shift:  Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
