Primarily responsible to plan, organize, direct home care services. Experience in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities. Qualifications: 2 years' RN experience in health care (preferably home care or hospice) Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and basic understanding of OASIS strongly preferred Experience in customer service/direct member contact field preferred Experience supervising caregivers Knowledge of Medicare Home Health & Hospice regulations Knowledge of corporate business management, governmental regulations, ACHC standards, and private payer practice.
