　　Community Physician Network is seeking a full time Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a reputable, well-established practice . Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and dedication to delivering high quality patient care.

　　Flexible work schedule (clinic has extended hours, opportunity for 4-10 hour shifts)

　　No Call requirement

　　Licensure & Certification

　　Five years minimum experience of family medicine

　　Completion of nationally recognized training program

　　Eligible for prescriptive authority with the Indiana State Board
