Responsibilities

Seeing Patients as needed as health declines

Building trackers and building referrals of patients

Completing notes on each visit

Some office days required to complete paperwork and uploading.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse License in the state of MO

Driver's License and Vehicle with Current Auto Insurance

Ability to Pass Drug Test, Background Check, and Physical

Monitor and record patient's condition and document provided care services via electronic charting

Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task

Excellent Communication Skills

Positive, Professional attitude
