　　Our Hospice House has a full-time position available for a CNA!

　　PRIMARY PURPOSE OF HOSPICE HOUSE: The Hospice House is a home-like environment where care is provided to hospice patients who are not able to remain in their previous setting.

　　PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: To perform personal care activities, household tasks and errands (only with certain payer sources) as outlined in Home Health Aide care plan. The care plan is to be developed and supervised by a Registered Nurse.

　　SCHEUDLE OF EMPLOYMENT: 3 work days, 7:15pm-7:45am.

　　EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent and C.N.A. certificate.

　　EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year recent C.N.A. experience in a hospital or nursing home facility required.

　　CERTIFICATION: C.N.A. certificate from a program which meets current State of Maine minimum requirements. Currently active on the State of Maine C.N.A. Registry.
