　　Champion Homes Center has an immediate opening for a Manufactured Housing sales professional in Miamisburg, OH. Champion Homes Center is a direct retailer for Champion Homes, the largest publicly held manufactured home producer in the country.

　　This position will lead an exciting, affordable land-leased housing solution for families in Miamisburg and the surrounding area.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals

　　Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

　　Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business

　　Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process

　　Working & communicating effectively with customers & team-members

　　Understanding the loan process

　　Job Requirements:

　　Ability to work Saturdays, early evenings & some holidays (5 day work week)

　　Proven closing/negotiation skills

　　Strong communication skills both verbal & written

　　Great listening skills & creative problem-solving with the ability to find the root cause, as well as

　　a solution

　　Proactive follow-up with prospective customers

　　Previous high-end sales preferred but not necessary
