JOIN UR MEDICINE HOME CARE INFUSION TEAM! RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Performs initial assessment and ongoing reassessments for each patient.

　　Administers and monitors antineoplastic agents, parenteral nutrition, investigational medications, blood and/or blood components and pain management medications.

　　Performs venous and arterial punctures and phlebotomies.

　　Assesses patient’s condition, initiates plan of care, re-evaluates and updates as necessary.

　　Obtains all necessary physician orders and collaborates with physician as patient’s needs dictate.

　　Follows up with obtaining lab results and notifying physician of any significant results.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.

　　Experience as an RN commensurate with one (1) of the following:

　　One (1) year acute care experience within the last two (2) years

　　One (1) year community health or public health experience within the last two (2) years

　　One (1) year home healthcare experience within the last two (2) years

　　One (1) year outpatient facility experience within the last two (2) years

　　Current certification as CRNI preferred.

　　Current BLS CPR certification.

　　Knowledgeable in the use of infusion equipment.

　　Valid state driver’s license and reliable automobile.

　　Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

　　Basic computer knowledge.

　　Salary Range:$86,161 to $93,680
