We are seeking atalented and experienced Senior Proposal Writer to join our dynamicteam. You will play a key role in crafting compelling and winningproposals that showcase HMMH\'s expertise and secure new projects.Responsibilities: Collaborate with technical subject matter experts(SMEs) to craft compelling proposal content suitable for diverseaudiences. Develop and implement robust proposal management strategiesin alignment with business goals and client needs, in coordination withthe business development lead. Assist with all stages of proposalmanagement from capture plan development through post-submission debriefConduct comprehensive research on market trends, competitor analysis,and client requirements to inform proposal content effectively. Refineproposal sections, ensuring precision, compliance with RFP guidelines,and adherence to style standards while drafting and editing content.Integrate technical expertise, budget analysis, and project schedulesinto proposal narratives through collaboration with internal teams andSMEs. Maintain strict attention to detail and proactively managedeadlines throughout the proposal development process. Review, offerconstructive feedback on drafts, and finalize proposal documents.Support proposal logistics including formatting and graphical elements.Mentor junior writers and document best practices to foster knowledgesharing. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree inEnglish, Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field. 5+ years ofproposal writing experience in the AEC industry or similar technicalfields. Demonstrated proficiency in tailoring engaging content tospecific audiences and project requirements. Strong grasp of effectiveproposal development, management, and win-worthy writing practices.Excellent research and analytical skills to synthesize complexinformation adeptly. Proven track record of collaborative teamwork infast-paced environments. Experience translating technical concepts intoclear, concise language while collaborating with SMEs. Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite and proposal writing software. Outstandingcommunication and interpersonal abilities for fostering relationshipswith colleagues and clients. Keen attention to detail and adeptness inmeeting deadlines under pressure.
