Responsibilities Provides personal services and cares for clients residing in their own apartment. Performs services for clients as directed to maintain the personal comfort and safety of the client; attends a minimum of four staff meetings annually; maintains current CPR and First Aide Certification. Qualifications: Certified as a Nursing Assistant in Minnesota (preferred) Completion of a Home Health Aide certification course, if not a certified nursing assistant (preferred) Previous one year experience working as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant (if no certification, previous experience is required) Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and make appropriate judgments.
