　　This job was posted by https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov : For moreinformation, please see: https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov/jobs/4073915The Histology Technician must be clinically competent; preparehistologic slides containing human tissue sections by processing,embedding, cutting, mounting and staining for immediate microscopicexamination and diagnosis, performs special stains as needed, correctlyoperates microtones, tissue processors, embedding machines, stainers andall other equipment to preserve specimens and produce a stained andlabeled slide, deliver care to patients utilizing established polices,procedures and protocols; evaluate test results and initiate appropriateaction; effectively interact with patients, families, visitors and otherstaff members while maintaining standards of laboratory professionals;models appropriate behavior as exemplified in AMMCs Mission/Visionstatement and reflect a commitment to continuous quality improvement
