Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking enthusiastic Nurse Aides/Certified Caregivers to join our team at our Liliha and Kane'ohe Facilities. The successful candidate will have a passion for taking care of our senior trajectory and provide exceptional service to all clients while helping ensure the highest satisfaction with each of their visits. This is an individual contributor role that offers competitive pay, benefits and a friendly work environment. Compensation & Benefits: The successful candidate will receive competitive pay ranging from $18 to $22 per hour with weekly payment terms. This position is eligible for standard healthcare and medical benefits.   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: • Interpret care plans and assessment protocols. • Administer and monitor patient medication and treatments. • Observe, monitor, and report patients' responses to medications, treatments, and other services • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients. • Assist in transporting patients as needed • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess patient needs. • Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as changing dressings, inserting catheters, and administering medication. • Document patient information in the notes system • Follow strict procedures and safety rules while performing daily duties as set forth by the facility.
