Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu. As a Full Time Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personalized and quality care to seniors in the Honolulu, Hawaii area. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, salaried position in the healthcare/medical field with a pay range of $16 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. Along with competitive compensation, we also offer benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and career growth opportunities within the franchise industry.   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: • Provide daily living assistance to seniors, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming. • Assist with meal preparation and feeding. • Administer medication according to client’s care plan. • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry. • Accompany clients to appointments and assist with transportation. • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. • Report any changes in client’s condition or behavior to the supervisor. • Adhere to all healthcare protocols, safety measures, and policies. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 1-year experience in caring for seniors, preferably in a home care setting. • Certification in CPR and First Aid. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
