　　Position summary: Responsible for assisting the JMT Program Manager and TxDOT staff for the procurement of large-scale engineering projects across Texas.

　　Essential Functions and Responsibilities

　　Coordinate with client to establish program goals and objectives.

　　Manage contract and work authorizations.

　　Oversee work of consultants.

　　Coordinate with project stake holders to deliver program.

　　Track monthly budgets.

　　Prepare financial reports to project cash flow expenditures.

　　Perform other related duties as assigned.Required SkillsRequired Experience

　　10+ years of related experience in related projects.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

　　Knowledge of Design-Build delivery method.

　　Knowledge of TxDOT contract documents.

　　Qualifications Preferred

　　Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

　　Knowledge of client operations.

　　Professional Engineering license (PE), preferred.

　　Designated Design-Build Professional (DBIA) license, optional.

　　Working Conditions

　　Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.

　　Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs.) may be required as needed.
