Overview
Job Summary
The Herb Order Puller Replenisher is responsible for picking daily herb & spice orders at the Distribution Center for Natural Grocers. This position is responsible for pulling, boxing, and labeling product for shipment to our stores. This position is also responsible for the daily process of pull bin replenishment. The order puller works together with shipping and other warehouse departments by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to co-workers and fellow team members.

Picks daily herb product orders using SAP and RF scanner
Responsible for efficiently filling store orders and delivering them to the staging area in a safe and efficient manner
Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all orders filled
Determines back stock storage locations for incoming finished goods production orders
Performs and confirms all daily replenishment tasks for the herbs
Processes additional manual replenishment using SAP
Works with Inventory Supervisor to investigate inventory discrepancies
Coordinates with production scheduler to assist Herb production planning
Oversees the counting of all herbs during physical inventory
All work areas must be kept organized, clean and free of debris.
Perform all operations in a manner that promotes safety
May be assigned to other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent is required
Prior order pulling / warehouse experience preferred
Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and concisely is required
Prior experience using SAP preferred
Electric pallet jack experience preferred
Has good attention to detail; accuracy and thoroughness is a must.
Ability to work with others in a fast-paced team environment.
Flexibility with working hours to accommodate warehouse needs is required
Must be reliable and on time every day
Able to work in seasonally warm or cool environment
Able to assist in other departments as needed
Basic Computer Experience- Data Entry required
Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs.
Requires the use of both arms and both hands with full range of motion
Must be able to bend at the waist and knees, twist, push and pull on a frequent basis
Must be able to kneel, squat, and climb as needed
Must be able to reach overhead and away from the body
Must be able to walk and stand for at least 90% of the time

Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to frequently lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift or carry 51-100 lbs.

Requires the use of both arms and both hands with full range of motion.
Must be able to frequently use the computer for data entry and use of mouse.
Must be able to constantly walk and stand for the duration of the work shift.
Must be able to frequently grip, squat, kneel, bend, twist, turn, reach outward, and reach above chest.
Must be able to occasionally sit, use fine motor manipulations, climb, and crawl as needed.
Environmental Requirements:
Must be able to frequently work with noise throughout the duration of the shift.
Must be able to occasionally work in cold, heat, sharp tools and equipment, contact stress, and in a congested worksite .
