Denver Springs is a 96-bed behavioral hospital located in Englewood, Co. Thehospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatmentto adults, adolescents, and their families. At DenverSprings, we arededicated to Changing People's Lives.
As a Help for Heroes Therapist, you will work within our specialty Help forHeroes program as an integral part of our clinical services team. We providehigh quality, evidence-based care to meet the individual needs of our ActiveDuty, Veteran, First Responder, and Frontline Healthcare Workers. Ourpatient centric, culturally sensitive, and highly effective approach tocare delivers superior treatment to our patients throughout the full continuumof services we provide. Our successful clinical model not only includes grouptherapy, but also family and individual therapy as well for the overallimprovement of our patients' quality of life.

Provide therapeutic interventions to patients suffering from psychiatric andsubstance use disorders in group therapy, individual sessions, and familytherapyEnsure accurate and timely documentationAppropriately communicate with clients, families, and outside referral sourcesActively engage in individualized treatment planning for patients and workwith patients to achieve treatment goalsSuccessfully collaborate with the Denver Springs team to ensure quality carefor patientsQualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent licensure inColoradoCurrent unencumbered state licensure per state requirementsPrior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients preferredCPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment
