Located in New York, New York, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term contract / temporary role.
Key responsibilities
Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems
Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
Provide service on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups Requirements - Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
Earlier work involving Windows OS
Comprehensive knowledge of training
Adobe InDesign experience preferred
Troubleshoot experience preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of Active Directory
Good understanding of Adobe Illustrator
Onboarding experience highly desired
Comprehension of agreements
General familiarity with Deskside Support
Computer Hardware experience desired
Prior experience with application development
Practical knowledge of Cloud Technologies
Phone Presenc experience
Proficiency in Salary Structures
Previous experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud
Photoshop experience highly valued
Voice experience highly desired
Adeptness in Call Center Customer Service
Background working with Customer Support
Hands-on experience with Onsite
Foundational knowledge in PC OS
Experience with Desktop Hardware
Workstation Support experience required
Printing experience highly preferred
Expertise in Peripheral Equipment
IT support ticketing system experience highly valued
Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
