General Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing accountant activities of statewide permanency contracts, leading administrative fiscal activities and training, facilitating vendor and expense payment, general ledger process, budget maintenance, fixed asset management, and monthly fiscal and invoice reporting and analysis, and maintaining petty cash.
Provides lead Accounts Payable functionality.
Facilitates payment of all vendors, contractors, and employee expense reimburse, verifying, coding, and entering invoices to general ledger.
Creates and enters journal entries.

Education/Training: An A.S. or B.S. degree in accounting, finance or related field of study preferred.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) year of experience in general accounting functions normally required.
ADA: Ability to bend, stoop, sit, reach and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
