Description Robert Half is working with a rapidly expanding company in the Professional Services industry, looking to hire a Help Desk Analyst to support local and field users. To be successful in this Help Desk Analyst role, you should be a creative problem solver who enjoys working in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. Due to this Help Desk Analyst role being very visible within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Lorain, Ohio area and is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity.

　　Major responsibilities

　　Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

　　Provide IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally

　　Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems

　　Solve technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups Requirements - Basic networking concepts

　　Experience with IT support ticketing systems

　　Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

　　Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

　　1+ years of prior experience

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Active Directory

　　Knowledge of User Support

　　Proficiency in Network maintenance
