Healthcare Project Architect

　　Job Description:

　　Actalent is currently hiring for a Healthcare Project Architect to support a local Architecture firm to Columbus, OH and as the Project Architect you will be supporting the Healthcare studio within the architecture firm. You will perform architectural design and development work for a limited number of projects. You will also be responsible for leading the development of technical aspects and content of projects.

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Leads and contributes to the production of design phase models, drawings, and construction documents using Revit

　　Reviews and coordinates submittals and shop drawings.

　　Coordinates QA activities and incorporate review comments.

　　Ensures that all design deliverables meet project requirements including schedule, budget, and scope as outlined in the contract.

　　Need understanding of building codes as applicable to each project.

　　Understanding of architectural contracts and internal project budgets.

　　Working knowledge of construction materials and methods including sustainable solutions.
