  Job Description:

  About the role:

  The Healthcare payer product lead will own the product vision, direction, roadmap and ongoing management of our commercial claims and care integration products. Candidates must be proficient in healthcare administration across Commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans and products, and have a track record of successfully managing the design and development of healthcare products.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Developing and managing a product roadmap from concept, to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, and support.

  Staying current on industry trends and evolving the roadmap to support new requirements and growth opportunities.

  Ensuring our products are competitive from a capabilities and pricing perspective.

  Delivering the operating plan and achieving growth objectives.

  Leading a team responsible for defining the road map and life cycle of products across business units.

  Collaborating across business units on go-to-market strategies for products and services.

  Engaging in a consultative and advisory role with client partners on technology-based solutions.

  Requirements:

  Bachelor's degree or higher

  7+ years of Product Management experience in healthcare software and product development

  Expertise in Commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans

  Experience conducting C-Suite client meetings

  Proven success in building solutions across company departments and with third party partners

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  Exceptional internal and external relationship and teambuilding skills

  Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $132,000-$175,000.
