Location: Remote (candidates must be licensed and reside in oneof the following states: California, Washington, or Oregon)

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6+ months (concurrent employment not permitted)

Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Qualifications:

Actively licensed and in good standing in the U.S. jurisdictionwhere you reside: California, Washington, or Oregon.3+ years of experience as a healthcare attorney.Experience in the following areas required:Healthcare regulatory work, including physician contracting,hospital operations, HIPAA, and healthcare vendor/supply chaincontracting.Medical staff bylaws interpretation and application, includingcredentialing and regulatory compliance.Conducting fair hearings and managing adverse actions againstmedical staff.In-house experience within hospital medical staff offices wouldbe a plus.California regulatory knowledge, especially related to thecorporate practice of medicine.Comfortable working in high-volume, sensitive environments wherequick yet accurate counsel is required.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strengthdiversity brings to the workplace.
