JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties Major Duties include, but are not limited too:Serves as coordinator for all National Emergency Medicine Office (NEMO)products designed to interface with the VISNs, facilities, VACO programpartners, VA Senior Leaders, external organizations, academicaffiliations, or other peer organizations, to include: EmergencyMedicine Community of Practice, Emergency Medicine VISN ChiefConsultants & Nurse Champions, ReVIT communications and site visits.Manages and oversees the analysis and evaluation of programs, policies,processes and systems in place and proposed. Develops internalcommunications support policies and procedures, coordinates and monitorstransactions, ensures that deadlines are met, prepares a variety ofreports, analyzes trends and makes recommendations for problemresolution and risk assessment. Acts as a champion with theresponsibility of communicating innovative best practices to reachstrategic priorities. The incumbent responds to a variety of customerinquiries or requests, by providing appropriate attention to customerneeds. The incumbent will be responsible for scheduling, coordination,recording/transcription and maintaining meeting minutes for assignedmeetings. The incumbent acts as a liaison to handle communication withpersons and or groups within and outside the organization and office;functions as an interface between the various components within NationalEmergency Medicine Office and with field activities to streamlineoperations and identify problems or issues to be addressed.
