JOB SUMMARYManage the daily operations and grants associated with the health program services of themedical and dental clinic to improve health outcomes of vulnerable populations. Work directlywith providers, staff and community partners in the delivery of integrated patient care.
Examples of tasks include, but are not limited to:
Direct, oversee, and supervise the administration of health programs at Falls CommunityHealth, including, but not limited to, Medicaid Health Home, Ryan White Part C, andRefugee Health Promotion.Identify social determinant barriers and develop programming to support complex needsof patients.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSGraduate of a four-year accredited college or university with a bachelors degree in a health careor public health field and a minimum of five (5) years experience in a clinical or hospital settingwith one (1) years management experience preferred; or any such combination of education,experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.

Competitive salary with other public and industry positions, including step advancements.The City participates in the South Dakota Retirement System.
