　　Job Summary:

　　The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in managing data analysis requests, standardizing reporting frameworks, and optimizing analytic and reporting tools for enhanced business intelligence and strategic decision-making. This position bridges the gap between the investment banking team's BI & Reporting needs and the technology team's execution, ensuring accurate and actionable data insights. The role's importance lies in its ability to quickly handle inbound requests and enhancements, improve process efficiency, and contribute to business growth and competitive edge in the market. Must be willing to travel to the Boston office as needed and Home Office (St. Petersburg, FL) once a quarter.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Manage and process incoming data requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

　　Design and implement business intelligence solutions using DealCloud and Qlik Sense.

　　Address and clear existing backlogs of reporting requests.

　　Develop and standardize reporting frameworks.

　　Optimize the use of DealCloud and Qlik Sense for reporting and data analytics.

　　Collaborate with technology teams to bridge reporting requirements and technical execution.

　　Utilize SQL Server for database management and query execution.

　　Apply hybrid use of agile and waterfall methodologies for project management.

　　Create specialized reports and dashboards tailored to investment banking workflows.

　　Qualifications

　　Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

　　Knowledge of:

　　Business intelligence tools and technologies, preferred Qlik Sense and DealCloud or similar tools.

　　SQL Server and relational database management.

　　Investment banking and financial terms workflows.

　　Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.

　　Agile technologies such as TFS, ADO, and JIRA.

　　Financial data analysis and interpretation.

　　Advanced data analytics and visualization techniques.

　　Standardized reporting frameworks within the investment banking sector.

　　Data processing and management principles.

　　Knowledge base of securities industry operations.

　　Skill in:

　　SQL Server and/or Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Snowflake) – Advanced query writing and analysis

　　DealCloud or similar CRM SaaS software (Salesforce, MS 365 Dynamics, etc.)

　　Qlik Sense - Qlik Sense Certifications – or similar BI tool and willingness to learn

　　TFS/ ADO / JIRA – Agile Technologies

　　Investment Banking / Legal Firm /Financial Services Technology experience

　　Ability to:

　　Must be willing to travel to the Boston office as needed and Home Office (St. Pete) once a quarter.

　　Process and manage large volumes of data and inbound requests efficiently.

　　Translate complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

　　Clear reporting backlogs and standardize reporting frameworks.

　　Optimize the use of specialized Data, Reporting and BI tools.

　　Collaborate with technology and development teams effectively.

　　Understand and apply investment banking knowledge to reporting.

　　Manage projects adhering to SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.

　　Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

　　Focus on scalability and future enhancements in BI capabilities.

　　Education/Previous Experience:

　　Bachelor's Degree in the specific business function of an assigned functional area or related field and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in defining and documenting business and technical requirements and processes OR any equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training approved by Human Resources.Licenses/Certifications:
