  The role we are offering you:

  As the Head of Talent & Training Development at CAE, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's workforce by developing and implementing strategic talent and training initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in talent management, training program design, and leadership development. Are you ready to:

  Lead the team designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.

  Assess organizational training needs and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant content.

  Lead the team that oversees the creation and delivery of training materials, both in-person and through Workday Learning.

  Create and implement leadership development programs to nurture and grow internal leadership talent.

  Collaborate with HR Leaders to identify and address leadership skills gaps.

  Our ideal candidate has:

  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  Proven experience in talent management, training and development, and leadership development.

  Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and industry trends.

  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

  Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful talent and training programs.

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  Experience with e-learning authoring tool(s) for online course development (i.e., Rise, Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro, or other)

  Experience with course interaction and gaming tools (i.e., polling, surveys, gamification, or other) Preferred experience with online meeting platforms and collaboration tools (i.e., MS Teams, or other)

  Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage diverse projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  Good interpersonal skills and good team spirit

  Being bilingual is a plus.
