　　Your tasks:

　　Key role at ContiTech to represent external / internal and govern ContiTech for the area of SustainabilityThe function creates together with operational functions the carbon footprint as well as End-of-Life strategy of ContiTech and supervises realization of roll-out and progress for the sectorManage customer / market related questionnairs and requests with profound competence and inputSecure EU Taxonomy requirements for Capital Market requirements; provide sufficient ContiTech data and reporting basis as and when requiredProvide detailed overview of GDDL details and requirements vs. EU and other upcoming legal requirementsSecure execution of Carbon Neutrality roadmap of ContiTech, i.e. scope 3 emissionsManage waste and recycling targets at ContiTech in order to meet CO2 emission targets continuouslyFocus on Circular Economy Products framework for data accuracy and quality as per legal normsEnsure the execution of the focus topics Green Operation andSustainable Sourcing and theirrelated projectsSecure customer / any external regulatory requirements for sustainable sourcing demandsSupport Technology function to develop and identify business opportunities for sustainable materialsAdditional Information

　　Qualifications

　　Academic degree in Sustainability, Natural Science, Engineering or related area for comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience, partially in organizational development and project managementSeveral years of international work experienceProfessional and leadership experience in Sustainability, ESH, R&D, Operations, or Engineering in a group companyLeadership experience of multiple teams as proven track recordSeveral years of Project Management experience Experience of ContiTech network and organizational structure regional and global as of advantageFluent German and English language skills (spoken and written)Experience in working in intercultural & remote/virtual project teamsExperience in Conflict Management & cultural Change ManagementApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
