　　We are looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Graduate to join our team in Scoresby , Melbourne. You will be part of an exciting era at Cummins whereby every project and initiative will be single-mindedly focused on the total customer experience. Initiatives driven by our three mission pillars:

　　This role will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the Cummins business including but not limited to, business transformation, operations, sales, service, and our customer support centre. You will also have exposure to global and local customer experience projects.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Provide support to the CX team in the Asia Pacific region, which includes over 12 countries. Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather voice of business insights. Support the implementation of Asia Pacific CX strategy and complementary CX improvement projects. Refresh and redesign the CX programs, materials, and websites. Work with the global CX network to support local CX dashboards and projects. Analyse data, produce reports and make recommendations based on findings. To be successful in this role you will need the following: Relevant Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Business or other related disciplines completed in the two years preceding the start date for the Graduate role, Feb 2024. Excellent team player with dedication and maturity to work alone. Excellent communication, with meticulous attention to detail Active listening and problem-solving skills.
