Travel %: 10%
Pay: $160,000 to $276,000 (if compliant with country laws)
What you will do
The Head of Performance Management and Org Effectiveness is responsible for driving individual and team performance by creating a global enterprise-wide performance management and organizational effectiveness strategy. They are accountable for designing the approaches and tools required to effectively engage and manage individual and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
The role is responsible for the performance management and workforce planning strategy globally across the Company. To be effective, this role needs to understand the business and develop solutions to address business needs.
The role is responsible for the Company's performance strategy across the globe Familiarization with applicable laws and regulations in every country the Company operates as they will govern internal identification, rating, and selection of people.
The role will ensure alignment with Global Talent Management strategies, integration with Development, Learning, and Talent Access.
The role will evaluate new measurement methods as well as traditional methods to ensure they meet the scientific standards we need of them and that they minimize bias.
The role will serve as a key advisor in the development of Performance Management programs; ensuring they are reviewed and amended as needed, based on external changes (legislation, laws) and/or internal processes and practices.
The role will ensure human-centered design in development of solutions; placing a premium on employee and other stakeholder experience, and ensure the integration of performance management processes, tools, and training are integrated with other HR programs/operations and technologies, specifically the organization's learning strategy.
The role will serve as a global Performance Management and Organizational Effectiveness subject matter expert, developing suitable strategies and proactively monitoring and leveraging industry leading practices and building external relationships and build external reputation and brand for New Consumer talent management practices.
The role will own the "dashboard" of effectiveness for demonstrating return, validity, and efficiency of our performance processes, and monitor Key Performance Indicators and scorecards of relevant data to understand and enhance assessment performance and effectiveness.
The role will also be a key global advisor on job architecture to provide organizing structure for aligning jobs and job leveling within the Company.
The role will advise on the alignment of jobs located in multiple regions or across different lines of business and ensure an integrated framework for the organization and employees.
The role will drive consistency, competitiveness and efficiency among HR policies and practices and clarify the distinctions among levels to support career development.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A minimum education level of Bachelor's Degree.
A minimum of 10 years within HR, organizational psychology, behavioral science, or related discipline, with preference for 5 years in talent management.
Proven track record of developing and managing programs and interventions and consulting (internal or external) in this space.
Experience in human-centered design / design thinking.
Thought leader experienced in shaping solutions, with strong communication, influencing and collaboration skills.
Consistently makes informed talent and organization decisions through evidence-based decision making, to improve business outcomes; leads team to do the same.
Strong leadership skills; operates as an inclusive and agile global leader with understanding and appreciation for regional differences.
Experience partnering with others to integrate HR solutions for a unified experience, balancing voice of local customer, external trends, short- and long term needs to achieve business goal.
Facilitation and project management experience (e.g., project plans, status reports, communication plans, risk management plans, milestones, deliverable charts.)
Strong Stakeholder management experience at senior levels, generating trust, building credibility, coaching for results, and collaboration skills.
Excellent business acumen and ability to develop insights to inform talent solutions.
Innovative thinker with experience delivering integrated global HR solutions to support enterprise goals.
Demonstrated agility in managing change initiatives with measurable and sustained impact.
