　　Currently, we are looking for a highly enthusiastic Head of Innovation & Technology Governance who will work for Telespazio Belgium, in Belgium.

　　What is expected from you:

　　The Head of Innovation & Technology Governance will directly report to the Operations Director of Telespazio Belgium (COO).

　　The Head of Innovation & Technology Governance is in charge of:

　　Managing the company's innovative activities and support the business diversification and evolution, supporting the business development in new space domains.

　　Supporting from a technical point of view the growth of the company in all the lines of business by aligning business strategy and customer needs with products, technologies, and capabilities.

　　Ensuring effective coordination with the Telespazio Group to achieve the correct alignment in terms of new technologies, expertise domains, products, and intellectual properties (e.g., patents, software licenses)

　　Identifying and developing the group capabilities and offerings that fit the BeNeLux marketing and sales opportunities.

　　Supporting the Strategic planning with specific focus on Innovation, focusing on the implications in terms of investments (laboratories, facilities), education & training and workforce to fill the gaps between the as-is situation and the needed evolution.

　　Supporting the Industrial Planning & Project control function in the update and analysis of programmatic data related with the innovative initiatives and projects.

　　Supporting the preparation and monitoring of the investments budget related to innovation and R&D projects.

　　Managing the implementation of management directives associated with programmatic and financial aspects of the activities (e.g., invoicing, cash flow, margins), identifying ad-hoc solutions.

　　Coordinating with the Marketing and Sales Dept. to support the bid/no bid decision of tenders based on technical resources and skills availability.

　　Supporting the preparation of offers (or contributing to other partners offers) by managing technical analyses, cost quotations and solution descriptions.

　　Provide a management interface with project customers and internal stakeholders

　　What you offer:

　　The candidate must be eligible for EU security clearance.

　　Master in STEM

　　Experience in Space System Engineering is mandatory

　　Project management proven experience is mandatory

　　PMI-PMP or equivalent certifications are an asset

　　Agile Project Management knowledge is an asset

　　Advanced knowledge of English language is mandatory

　　French desirable

　　Italian and Dutch are an asset
