Our client is a respected hedge fund based in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities:

Oversee quarterly NAV processes, financial statements, and annual audits.

Review fund administrator work, calculate allocations, and ensure U.S. GAAP compliance.

Manage cash flow, including projections, capital calls, and distributions.

Communicate with investors, manage inquiries, and coordinate tax reporting.

Conduct portfolio analysis, calculate fees, IRR, and resolve trade discrepancies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors' degree in Accounting or related field

10+ years experience of fund accounting experience in a hedge fund

CPA preferred

Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities

Ethical team player, proactive, and self-motivated

Strategic problem-solver
