This is a Hybrid position (on-site work will be required)

Location: Pleasanton, CA or Redwood City, CA

Define functional requirements and provide design specifications for the products managed

Prior experience in workforce management products including Time Labor, Absence Management, and Scheduling products.

Led and guided the UX and engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of the provided specifications

Build and maintain customer relationships to validate and refine product designs; prioritize product roadmap

Work with internal and external teams to ensure successful delivery and uptake of the delivered features and functions.

Responsibilities

This is a Hybrid position (on-site work will be required)

5+ years of experience with workforce management products development and modules including Time Labor, Absence Management, and Scheduling.

Absence Management module product management experience preferred

Work with different teams (UX, Strategy, Engg) to prioritize product functions and features

Collaborate with information development and support teams to build training materials and documentation for the product functions/features being delivered

Work with implementation partners and customer teams to ensure successful uptake of the delivered functions/features

US: Hiring Range: from $114,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
