The following position is to join our RTX Corporate , Enterprise Services , Research Center or BBN team:
Raytheon - Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking an Associate Director, Business Manager/ Program Management to support programs across multiple functions within Space Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (S-ISR).
The selected candidate will report directly to S-ISR's Vice President (VP) and interface with S-ISR's VP, Leadership team and employees from multiple domestic locations, United Kingdom, Australia, and other classified countries supporting S-ISR programs across multiple functions to deliver business results .
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Effectively partner across the business area with executive leaders to employees
Manage and coordinate operational projects and initiatives across S-ISR
Partner to meet productivity, quality, and process efficiency targets
Establish mid-term (1 to 3 years ) operational plans in support of the organization
Lead internal communication initiatives
Identify business operation issues (between business areas and functions) that impact program implementation
Facilitate development of corrective action plans
Travel, as needed , to various S-ISR locations (roughly 25% travel anticipated)
Coordinate/ create supporting data and presentation materials
Facilitate Monthly Business Review (MBR) meetings
Manage S-ISR's Action Item database
Ensure projects are planned to support smooth daily operations of S-ISR programs
Work Location (onsite):
Aurora, CO (preferred) though open to other S-ISR onsite work locations in Richardson, TX, State College, PA, or Sterling, VA
Security Clearance:An active and in-scope TS/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance is required for consideration . U.S. citizenship is required , as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Clearance Information: This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires: A Bachelor's Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience in the aerospace and defense marketplace unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
Experience leading cross-department project teams and/or managing projects across multiple departmental groups
Experience working with and executive leadership team
Experience managing multiple priorities while interfacing in multiple complex environments within the defense industry
Experience with cross functional business acumen specifically in the areas of planning, scheduling, reviewing processes, and understanding facility requirements in secured areas
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting large, complex programs/projects across multiple business and/or platforms
Program leadership , financial management : P&L experience of a significant organization , thorough risk management and earned value management skills

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader .
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed .
The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
